Accommodations Policy

HTTI shall make reasonable modifications as required by law with respect to its policies, practices or procedures for individuals with documented disabilities, so long as the changes do not fundamentally alter the nature of the program offered and are otherwise in accordance with all licensure requirements. Reasonable accommodations will also be made for students with respect to religious observances, practices or beliefs of which HTTI faculty and administration are aware, and which do not fundamentally alter the nature of the program offered. Recission of Subpart Q and Subpart R

HTTI Annual Security Report

The Health & Technology Training Institute, in compliance with The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), as Amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act and the Violence Against Women Act, and The College and University Security Act of 1988, reports annually to its current and prospective students and employees. The annual security report (ASR) contains statistics for the previous three (3) years pertaining to reported crimes that have occurred on-campus, in certain non-campus buildings or property that is owned or controlled by the University of the Arts and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. All institutions participating in Federal student financial aid programs are required to provide information to the public regarding campus safety and security policies and procedures. Statistics regarding crimes related to their campuses must also be reported. The definition set used for this format is according to the FBI Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR)/National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS).
