"All Learning Counts" Degree Program
Calling all 1199C Union & Community Members!
What if Your College Degree is closer than you think? The Training Fund's "All Learning Counts" Program is recruiting current, past and prospective students from the Behavioral Health Tech programs for an opportunity to turn their Certificate work into college credits.
Through this new initiative, students wishing to pursue an Associates Degree will be able to use a combination of past or current certificate work in Behavioral Health, as well as valid work experience in the healthcare profession, as transfer credit towards an A.A. degree from Montgomery County Community College.
Classes start soon! This program includes:
- Nominal to No Cost Tuition
- Credentialed Training
- College Credit for On-the- Job training
- Flexible class schedules
- Remote and virtual learning opportunities
- Academic Counseling
- One-on-one coaching
- Expedited classes for faster degree completion
- Transfer Credit Evaluation
Eligibility requirements:
- Must have completed or in the process of completing one of the above certifications.
- Must be eligible for union education benefits or demonstrate the capacity to pay small costs out of pocket.

If you are interested: all students must attend an Info Session, Demonstrate the ability to do college level work.
Graduate from College with an Associate's Degree in 5 Easy Steps!
- STEP 1
Demonstrate completion of your credentialed training as a Behavioral Health Technician through the District 1199C Training & Upgrading Fund and complete intake form. Click here.

STEP 2
Attend a Training Fund "All Learning Counts" information/credit evaluation session. Schedule a session by calling 215-568-2220.

STEP 3
Through the Training Fund, complete an application to Montgomery County Community College and, virtually or on-site at the Training Fund's Breslin Learning Center and submit all required documents from previous learning and work experience (Transcripts, Resumes, Certificates) for an Associate's Degree.

STEP 4
Complete a Tuition Reimbursement Form (union members only) and/or a FAFSA application to secure funding.

Receive up to 21 credits once you have completely enrolled and registered for classes at MontCo and met with the Prior Learning Assessment Coordinator.
