Child Development Associate

Child Development Associate (CDA) Training Programs, Advancement Opportunities and Employer Information

If you don't meet the requirements for the programs we are currently offering please visit The Pennsylvania Key to find available training.

Here at the Training Fund, we offer a number of options for individuals looking to start out on their Early Childhood Education (ECE) career pathway, or advance further along the career pathway.

The Child Development Associate Credential™ or "CDA" is the most widely recognized credential in ECE, and is the first major stepping stone on the path of career advancement for many teachers. The nationally-transferable CDA is recognized by the ECE profession across the United States as a vital part of professional development.

The Training Fund also has options for our CDA employer partners looking for professional development opportunities for themselves and their employees.
