The Training Fund’s student-centered, employer-driven model of healthcare job training provides students with the skills required for job placement and success in 21st-century healthcare workplaces. The Fund’s commitment to its students and graduates is focused on Career Pathways. These delineated steps include: credential and education requirements, links with articulated collegiate certificates, and degrees to build a pipeline moving graduates into high-wage employment. The Training Fund offers skills training for entry- and mid-level healthcare positions.
