Training & Upgrading Fund

The Training Fund provides a comprehensive range of educational opportunities to assist workers in participating more effectively in the changing workplace. The Fund operates its own Learning Center, the Breslin Learning Center in Center City Philadelphia and classes are available during daytime, evening and weekend hours.
